2. AREA
The unit has a net Area of 43m2. See Unit Layout below. There are 3 bedrooms : Master Bed Room, 1st Child Bed Room, and 2nd Child Bed Room. All bed rooms have windows.
3. VIEW AND ORIENTATION
The unit AJ is facing to East and South. To East it is viewing Tower S and R To South it is viewing swimming pool and other towers (L,M,N). This orientation gives an advantage that the unit get the sun's ray in the morning only and does not get afternoon sun's ray, which eventually keep the room temperature in comfortable range, even when the air conditiner (AC) is not switched on.
