Monthly Rent Price is Rp 4,900,000
Terms and Conditions :
1. Price is included Service Charge only. (Service charge is a charge collected by Building Management for the purpose of general service like lift, swimming room, etc)
2. Utilities cost (electric, water, parking fee, etc) is at Renter's account
3. Minimum rent period is 6 month. So rent charge shall be paid in front for 6 months, i.e amount
Rp 29,400,000
4. Renting for 1 year will get 5% (approx) cash back. So rent charge to be paid in front for 12 months minus 5% (approx) cash back, i.e amount Rp 55,900,000
5. Deposit shall be paid by Renter. The deposit will be returned back to Renter at the end after rent period after an inspection to unit and furniture conditions is made. Amount of deposit is Rp 5,400,000 (1 month rent charge + estimated utility consumption cost for 1 month)
